Job Title: Motion Designer

Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Portfolio Requirement: Must have a personal website/portfolio showcasing motion work

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Motion Designer with strong skills in 2D motion graphics, video editing, and design. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual storytelling, familiar with UI motion principles, and able to translate ideas into engaging animations. Having experience with 3D tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high‑quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for videos, digital campaigns, and product communication.
• Work on storyboarding, layout design, and conceptualizing motion styles.
• Edit videos, create transitions, and ensure smooth motion sequences.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and marketing to deliver visually compelling content.
• Develop UI motion demos, micro-interactions, and export web/app-friendly animations (Lottie, Bodymovin).
• Manage project timelines and maintain consistency in brand visual language.

Must-Have Skills

Core Motion & Editing

• Adobe After Effects – expertise in 2D motion graphics, compositing, and animation
• Adobe Premiere Pro – basic to intermediate video editing skills

Design & Layout

• Adobe Illustrator – vector artwork creation
• Adobe Photoshop – image retouching and manipulation
• Figma – UI layout understanding and motion prototyping

UI Motion & Interactive

• Experience exporting motion assets using Lottie / Bodymovin
• Understanding of UI animations, transitions, and micro-interactions

Portfolio Requirement

• A personal website/online portfolio showing motion work is mandatory
