Job Description:

Heguru India is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality educational programs and fostering the development of children through the Heguru Method.

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting training sessions for children using the Heguru Method curriculum.
2. Implementing engaging and effective teaching strategies to facilitate learning and development.
3. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to the growth and well-being of children.
4. Monitoring and assessing the progress of students, providing feedback, and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Collaborating with other trainers and staff to continuously improve program quality and effectiveness.
6. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and other relevant information.
7. Participating in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
8. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.
9. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or related field.
2. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of child development principles and learning theories.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
6. Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
7. Flexibility, creativity, and enthusiasm for learning and teaching.
8. Willingness to undergo training and certification in the Heguru Method.
9. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• We seek candidates with excellent communication skills, good stamina, and physical fitness.
• A passion for learning and teaching is essential.
• Minimum educational qualification is a Bachelor's Degree.
• Willingness to travel to JAPAN for a training program is necessary.
• The interview process consists of three rounds held at our Main Centre in Chennai.
