Job role -

The channel works on financial consultant (life insurance agents) network model who generate leads for insurance. The front-line sales manager manages these agents and help them in selling insurance.

Roles and responsibilities:-

You need to travel within the assigned geography to meet financial consultant and customers.

Your business target will include the no. of active, successful financial consultant, distribution build up and overall premium.

You will accompany your team on pre and post sales.

You will learn new technology/mobility enhancement to comply with the sales management process.

You will be upholding organizational values and ensure business ethics & integrity.
