Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-driven digital strategies that amplify brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and analytics, with a strong creative mindset to collaborate with production and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
· Define KPIs and set up performance dashboards for real-time monitoring.
2. SEO & SEM
· Own SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building, and technical audits.
· Manage SEM campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
3. Social Media & Content Distribution
· Oversee social media advertising and organic growth strategies.
· Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to amplify campaigns across digital channels.
4. Analytics & Reporting
· Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and other tools.
· Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
5. Marketing Automation & CRM
· Implement email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automation tools.
· Integrate CRM systems (HubSpot/Zoho) for lead tracking and attribution.
6. Budget & Vendor Management
· Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
· Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialized campaigns.
Required Qualifications
· 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a creative agency or brand marketing environment.
· Proven track record in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and SEO tools.
