Responsibilities
HRIS Management:
➢Administering and maintaining the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) database.
➢Troubleshooting system issues and providing support to users.
➢Implementing system upgrades and enhancements.
Process Improvement:
➢Identifying inefficiencies in HR processes and proposing solutions for improvement.
➢Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Employee Relations Support:
➢Assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.
➢Providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Onboarding and Offboarding Support:
➢Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
➢Managing offboarding processes, including exit interviews, fnf, documentation and data management.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
➢Supporting employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
➢Collecting feedback from employees and implementing initiatives to improve engagement levels.
Policy Implementation and Documentation:
➢Implementing HR policies and procedures.
➢Ensuring that HR policies are communicated effectively to employees and consistently applied across the organization.
What you should have ?
5-9 Years of experience in managing the entire Employee Life Cycle.
Grievance Management
Experience in taking HR initiatives
Excellent Communications skills
Creative ideas which can help in enhancing employee engagement.
Good with excel
