    Broad outline of the Role

  • The role is responsible for the performance of the product and the KPIs related to the product in Hybrid Network Services domain. The incumbent will work closely with multi-functional areas, including sales, pricing, marketing, legal, compliance, and risk for the purpose of product management, development, product enhancement, release, or product positioning. This is an operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results for the product.

    Minimum qualification & experience

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or business or equivalent qualification
  • A Management Degree in marketing or Product Management experience is a plus.
  • 4-7 years in product management/sales related experience
  • Other knowledge/skills

  • Intermediate experience in managing elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Good in productivity tools like MS word, Excel, Power-point
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of product strategy
  • Facilitating and being accountable for daily standups, sprint planning, and demos in a highly agile team environment.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Analyse product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure theyre met.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Creating and managing product manuals, user manuals, architecture diagrams, sequence flow diagrams and workflows specific to the region
  • Coordinating product releases with marketing, sales, and sales support
