Open Position: Android POS (Point of Sale) Developers:

Total Experience: Minimum 3 years.

Notice Period: Immediate -15 days.

Location: Chennai OR Pune.

Work Mode: Hybrid.

Must have skills: Android, Point of Sale (POS), Kotlin, Java, Agile (Scrum).

Responsibilities:

• 3-8 years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience in creating/developing Android POS applications preferably from scratch.
• Deep domain knowledge in payments and EMV.
• Knowledge of card schemes like Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
• Experience with Android POS devices including Pax, Verifone, Ingenico and other vendors.
• Strong experience with Android development, including Java and Kotlin programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Experience with the Agile methodologies and the scrum framework (scrum master certification is a plus).
• Good English language skills(both verbal and written).
• You graduated with a bachelor / master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in similar activities and technical fields.
• Experience with micro services-oriented architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with card payments industry: Knowledge about payment (H24/Nexo/...) is a strong plus.
• Understanding of cryptography.
• Knowledge on Git is strongly appreciated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Be reliable, rigorous, responsible, and autonomous.
• Ability to manage own time, workload and conflicting priorities.
• Reduce the technical debt (continuously fixing defects).
• Learn quickly & often, and share knowledge willingly.
• Support the continuous improvement process and propose your own measures.
