RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience in ASPICE/CMMI standards with Strong Exposure in Automotive SDLC Lifecycle
• Working Experience in ECU software development for automotive( Eg: ADAS, Front Radar, Cluster , BCM, USM etc. )
• Strong Negotiation skills to ensure that we are able to identify the action plan along with the supplier for the gaps inline with the milestone

Desirable Additional Skill / Experience

SW Quality assurance

• Hands on experience in the ASPICE Process Areas
• Hands on experience Supplier Quality Assurance Activiteis for Automotive Tier

SW Development Skills

Good understanding on the SW development process (V Cycle / Agile )

Good understanding on the various verification and validation methodologies.
