    About the role:
    We are looking for a stellar Enterprise Sales Lead to capitalize on the huge demand for our client's product.

    We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders, and straight-up hustlers to help us build something special.

    We're looking for outstanding tech salespeople who have consistently hit target and thrive in taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing.

    You'll be an articulate presenter and a strategic planner but above all, dynamic and goal-oriented.

    Your mission is clear:
    convert qualified leads into valued clients, maximising revenue potential.

    Under the guidance of industry & sales experts, you'll acquire all the skills needed to excel in the competitive world of insurtech sales.


    Your charter would include:

    • Manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
    • Present the company to CXOs & senior executives in client meetings
    • Communicate constantly with marketing and presales to improve the quality of the sale pipeline.
    • Navigate through complex sales cycles with some of the most prestigious companies in India
    • Ensure a high level of responsiveness with prospects through the sales process
    • Proactively source new leads and new business opportunities, with the support of the sales development and marketing functions
    • Research accounts to understand the need, enable effective followup, and generate interest
    • Become an expert in insurance, CRM systems, and our product suite

    The ideal candidate:

    • Has stellar written & verbal communication skills
    • Minimum 3 years of core sales experience; preferably at a fastgrowing BFSI/SaaS startup/consulting
    • A track record for exceeding targets in sales, ideally in a high growth startup environment
    • The ability to work with targets and timelines
    • A high degree of coachability and great listening skills
