- Will handle a Span of ~250 to 300 staff across multiple LOB / Countries
- Responsible for delivering Client SLA and Business Metric for the Unit , Daily interaction with Customer ( India ) and Country ,
- Responsible for managing business ( Meeting Revenue Goals , Delivering Results without penalty and needs to be a lead process expert ( SME ) who will be given training to align to the business Works with the Customer for definition / agreement of new SLA -*Daily / Weekly & Monthly Connect with client managers to outline and work on LOB business objectives and challenges

Process / Operations Management Experience
Logistics Experience (Preferable)
Possess Skills in MS Office (Word , Excel & PPT)
People Management ( Attrition , CSAT )
