This is your role. What part will you play?

·Project Head for manufacturing topics

·Set up new factory for Siemens Process Instrumentation products

·Transfer of manufacturing technology from centre of competence in Europe to India

·Selection of right factory premises

·Develop lean manufacturing set-up in India using Digital Twin method and then convert it into a running model

·Develop production lines focusing on maximum productivity and zero health hazard

·Execute the project within planned financial budget

·Training, coaching Workmen and staff on factory topics

·Ensure smooth handover of factory to the manufacturing team

·Collaborate with stakeholders such as Head quarters, SRE, IT, SCM, Commercials, EHS, Civil, Quality, factory head, worker union, electrical and mechanical suppliers etc., to ensure smooth progress of project within agreed timelines

·Use various project management techniques such as Gant Chart etc., to manage the overall progress of project

How do you qualify for the role?

Experience: Sound technical knowledge of Manufacturing, Project Management, LEAN, Quality & SAP related activities needed for production activities

Should have experience of around 15+ years in the field of manufacturing

BE / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronics
