    HR Specialist

    to support USA Staffing ( Onboarding consultants, Offboarding, Timesheet collection, Conducting B/G check etc)

    Must be located in Kochi, India.

    The right candidate will be organized, flexible, able to manage confidential information, proactive, possess a strong desire to learn, eager to be a part of and support the team, and have the ability and disposition to multi-task.

    The candidate should have excellent communication skills (Written and Spoken)The position is full time or even part time for first 6 months, Monday through Friday, with the following job scope:
    Responsibilities include:Onboarding of new consultants/ hires for our clients including offer letters, background checks, drug screens, I-9 verificationAssist new hires with badging and site/client specific onboarding requirementsManagement and tracking of our WSAP policy and random drug screensCompanywide HR initiativesLocal timesheet collection, review, and approvalProcessing employee changes including promotions, annual salary increases, benefit changes and employee terminationsBenefit Carrier EDI feed administration and enrollment auditing as needed and as part of annual open enrollmentRecord and database managementAssist employees with payroll or benefit problems or questions – liaison with payroll staff

    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience combination. Position requires the ability to understand all aspects of the business and ability to influence all levels of management.

    At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR Professional or related role (preferably in US staffing)Strong technical skills with PC operating systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, data entry, database management, and the ability to quickly learn our internet-based applications and coach others to use them.

    Applicants will be required to pass an MS Office proficiency assessment.
    Must be a positive team player, detail oriented, eager to learn, and proactive.
    Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
    Must be able to provide a high level of attention to detail and high-quality work while multitasking with interruptions.
    Must be flexible to accommodate local team and national company needs as they grow and change.
    Proven ability to deal with confidential information in an appropriate mannerAn eagerness to perform well, taking pride and care with responsibilitiesGeneral data tracking and reporting requirements as required by the client

    Preferences:
    Experience with Gusto or ADPExperience with any ATSExperience administering company AAP and EEO reportingExperience processing DOE clearances
