    Key responsibilities:

    Project manage client implementation, onboarding and change management while working closely with the Product Teams ensuring clients are setup for success.

    Carry out negotiation and upsells with customers to ensure continuous adoption and increase in revenue.
    Carry out webinars, LinkedIn outreach to be able to develop deeper relationships to build new pipeline for the company.

    Consult with Finance leaders (VPs, Directors, CXOs, Finance Controllers) to help them achieve full use of Pluto to automate their account payables.

    Continuously provide valuable input to Pluto's Product teams and be the voice of the customer.
    Develop a deep relationship with customers and ensure they find Pluto's product & support to be world class.
    Continuously report to the executive team on state of customers.
    Be the Pluto product expert that customers can rely on.


    You will be a good fit if:You have previously demonstrated the ability to grow and maintain a strong revenue pipeline with strong net revenue retention.

    Ability to manage complex onboarding and multi-product implementations with C-level executives.
    Have previously built and successfully executed on sales/account management cadences, such as cold calls and email cadences.
    Strong ability to negotiate and upsell to existing customers.

    Have the ability to learn a deep product quicklyAt least 4 years of experience working in similar roles within B2B SaaS.Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly and confidentlyExperience managing a revenue-based quotaExperience creating and delivering high-quality QBRs to executive and leadership teamsExperience managing de-escalations and coordinating feedback and discussions between customer<>product teamsAbility to project manage client change management and onboarding/implementation work for key clients.

    Ability to summarize key client asks as feedback for the product team.

    Ability to work and learn at a fast pace (at times with little to no direction)Experience working with customer success tools such as Hubspot, Vitally, Salesloft or others.


    Optional, but nice to have:
    Experience with intercom a plus.
