Your job as Assistant sales manager are:

Supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store

Ensuring the store personnel provide exceptional customer service

Maximizing sales through effective merchandising and marketing.

Dealing with customer queries and concerns

Maximizing profitability and meeting sales target

Maintaining financial records

Liaising with corporate office and working with all concerned stakeholder internal and external

Exhibiting professional approach in handling internal/external Customers

Being well aware of the changing market dynamics and keep updated on all the industry related developments

Coordinating with the warehouse teams for ensuring a smooth supply chain process

Focusing on Customer Relationship

Requirements :

Experience min 2+ years in related industry

Great interpersonal skills and customer service

Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

Possess a strong understanding of the market we are operating in

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to write clear, detailed reports

Initiative to identify new markets and unravel customer needs

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
