- Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years (Minimum 3 years in Critical Incident Management).
- Location WFO (in preferential order): Lucknow / Noida / Chennai / Bengaluru.
- Relevant work experience in Service Management; Preferably in Incident / Major Incident Management.
- Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), Analytical thinking, Problem Comprehension, Multi-tasking, team player.
- Review and accept / reject assigned incidents.
- Document chronology of events, logs, resolution / workaround in ITSM tool.
- Accountable for resolving the outages/issues via workaround and / or permanent fix within the stipulated SLAs.
- Leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls.
- Provide periodic major incident metrics reports to stakeholders and tower leads.
- Collaborate with all Stakeholders and Matrix Management.
