    Job Overview:

    Oracle Journey:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant with to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Oracle Journey implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management solutions for Aptean. The role involves collaborating closely with cross functional teams to understand processes, configuring the Oracle HCM system to meet their unique requirements, and providing guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

    Oracle Journey -Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design Oracle HCM solutions that meet their HR and workforce management needs.
    • Configure Oracle HCM Journeys for onboarding, offboarding, Probation etc based on business requirements.
    • Lead workshops, conduct system demos, and provide expert guidance on best practices for Journey's implementation and configuration.
    • Customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications using tools such as Oracle Application Composer, HCM Data Loader, and Fast Formula to address specific requirements.
    • Provide training and user support to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases to ensure successful adoption of the Oracle HCM system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions on time and within budget.
    • Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud updates, new features, and industry best practices to continuously improve implementation methodologies and deliverables.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and configuration, preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud.
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations, with experience in HR transformation initiatives.
    • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and tools, including Oracle Fusion Applications, HCM Data Loader, Application Composer, and Fast Formula.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Oracle certifications such as Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
