Responsibilities:

• Clearly define the customer requirements and break it down to epics and stories in Jira.
• Must clearly present the solution and its value to the stakeholders and should also be able to break down the requirements and complete the project using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL and Python.
• Keep the big picture in mind and work with other Team members to deliver the solution.
• Should be able to provide end to end solution independently.
• Create Power BI Reports and Dashboards.
• Create Python Notebook, Azure Delta Table, SQL Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures if needed.
• Present Report to the Customers.
• Perform Data Analysis and find key insights.
• Responsible for the reliability and consistency of data shown in Reports.
• Work in Agile methodology.
• Works in Sprint.
• Create documentation.
• Ability to work with Power BI Desktop and Service, Advanced DAX, Power Query, SQL, Data Modelling.
• Ability to do Data Analysis and insight presentation.
• Ability to create Paginated Report and implement Row Level Security.
• Ability to provide guidance, formal and informal training to junior engineers and help completing their tickets on a timely manner.
• Ability to provide formal and informal training to Customer on how to use data models for report creation.

Requirements and Attributes:

• Engineering degree or master's degree in mechanical, Petroleum, Computer Science/Analytics or other quantitative field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Business Intelligence, (Power BI, DAX, SQL).
• Experience with Databricks Notebooks and Azure Delta Tables will be preferred.
• Added advantage if having experience with MS Power Automate, MS Azure, ADLS, SQL and experience as a Business Analyst and Data Analyst.
• Preferred working experience with Oil & Gas, Energy data domain.
• Solid documentation and organization skills.
• Excellent professional, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Must be flexible and team-oriented.
