    Description

    Trading Application Support Engineer - Middle Office

    Provide technical support for software applications, automate checks, implement monitoring and automation initiatives, develop custom solutions using Python, Shell, and/or Powershell scripts.

    • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues
    • Automate start-of-day and end-of-day checks for key applications
    • Log and track incidents across applications in the production environment
    • Create tactical support tools and scripts to improve incident investigation process
    • Prioritize and categorize incidents based on severity and impact
