    Designation: Sales Engineer- Filteration Products

    Qualification: BE Chemical(preferable) or Mechanical

    Experience: 3 to 5 years of handling of customers of EPC/Refineries or both for techno commercial activities for sales of static equipments like filtration packages/chemical consumables.

    Job Timing: 9 AM to 6:30 PM

    Location: Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara

    Area of Responsibilities:

    • Should have knowledge about Process equipment including filtration and separation.
    • Have knowledge in engineering consultants, endures shall include extensive exposure to oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery, gas plants, chemicals, power plants and other industrial users.
    • To review Customer Inquiry and follow up for ordering.
    • Prepare quotation and sending to customer after approval of HOD Marketing.
    • To receive purchase order and communicate responsible person in FSEPL.
    • Business Development and Sales.
    • Reviewing and monitoring the processing of Customers Orders / Contracts.
    • Evaluating Customer Satisfaction.
    • To record customer queries.
    • Keep records of executed and pending queries and orders from customers.
    • Accepting/Rejecting of Customers Orders / Contracts.
    • To respond promptly to customer queries.
    • To maintain documentations.
    • To prepare Delivery Orders based on the customer purchase orders.
    • Responsibility to ensure the conformity to its products & services and the enhancement of customer satisfaction
    • Responsibility for reporting the performance of the IMS and on opportunity for improvement, in particular to director.
    • Responsibility for measuring, monitoring, analysis and evaluation of QEHS Objective
    • Responsibility for control planned changes and review consequences of unintended changes and taking to mitigation action for any adverse effect.
    • Authority to approve the planned changes to the QMS as needed.
