Job description
Job DescriptionsLead and manage all phases of building construction projects, including planning, design, execution, and completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and legal regulations throughout the project.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may cause delays or budget overruns.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities.
Review and approve project documentation, contracts, change orders, and invoices.
Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to prevent issues that could impact project timelines or quality.
Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards, within the agreed timeline and budget.
