    JobPurpose:As an AssistantManager of sales MRO products your role is to drive revenue andbusiness development for a new lighting brand in North India of theMNC. This role involves overseeing and managing the sales ofmaintenance and repair operations products in various projectscollaborating with key stakeholders such as consultants PMCsarchitects end users contractors and governmententities.
    Responsibilities:
    • AchieveRevenue Target: This involves identifying opportunitiesunderstanding project requirements pitching the product andachieving the revenue target.
    • Working with KeyStakeholders: Collaborate and build relationships with keystakeholders including endusers electrical consultants architectscontractors and government agencies.
    • Productdemonstration/training to customers to have desired productapproval. Wellversed in conducting product trials and successfullydemonstrate product USPs to endcustomers
    • Collaborate with Existing Teams: Workclosely with other teams within the organisation to leverage theirresources expertise and networks to expand the reach of thebusiness. This collaborative approach aims to maximize the brandspresence andrevenue.

    Whatis required for thisrole:
    • Technocommercialabilities: A strong understanding of both the technical aspects andcommercial aspects of lighting products along with the ability tolead sales initiatives effectively.
    • Strongconnect with specifiers: Building and maintaining relationshipswith Architects/Consultants/contractors in the MRO (maintenance andrepair operations) industry is essential for success in thisrole.
    • Integrity: Uphold a high level of honestyand ethical conduct in all businessdealings.
    • Go Getter: Display a proactive anddetermined attitude in pursuing sales and business developmentopportunities.
    • Positive attitude selfdriven:Maintain a positive outlook and demonstrate selfmotivation inachieving sales and businessobjectives.
    • Technical Training: Providenecessary technical training to the sales team to enhance theirproduct knowledge and sales skills.
    • 5 to 6years of relevant work experience in sales and business developmentpreferably in the same industry.
