Description

The Deputy Manager Business Analysis isprimarily responsible for working on collections strategy &analytics through data driven insights. It involves using dataextraction/analysis tools like SQL R Python to perform indepthanalysis and work on the opportunities in the collections business.The role involves making recommendations to improve the businessprofitability or operational processes based on their analysisstakeholder management at senior leadership level andpresentations. The role is also responsible to own syndication offindings and manage implementation with support.

• Understandendtoend business processes. Independently extract prepare andanalyze gigabytes of data to support business initiatives (e.g.profitability performance variance analysis etc). Develop solutionswith minimal support. Develop techniques and computer algorithmsfor data analysis for making it meaningful and actionable
• Makes recommendations to improvebusiness profitability or processes. Estimate opportunity size anddevelop business case through EDA segmentation testing frameworksstatistical techniques. Manage implementation of ideas and projectplans with minimal support
• Present and share insights and analysis with stakeholdersleadership and peers
• Create and monitor reports to track various testsinitiatives and identify issues trends and opportunities
• Coach new team members on technicalskills and business knowledge knowledge and best practice sharingwith peers

EDUCATION: Bachelors FIELD OFSTUDY: Engineering Statistics Economics OperationsOperations Research

EXPERIENCE: 34 years of experience of working on analytics drivenstrategies in an inhouse strategy analytics team or a consultingorganization. Additionally the candidate should have experience ofstakeholder management and client facing at various stages of aproject.
