2. Market ResearchStudy the potential market for possible business locations anddraft reports for the senior leadership to act upon.
3. Assistin updating the underwriting model adjusting for changes in thecost and revenue side of the project throughout the developmentlifecycle and reporting impact on projected investment returns;providing inputs for cashflows budgets and valuation studies.Prepare research reports client pitchespresentations.
4. Produce theregular Monthly reports coordinate for inputs from across locationsinto a comprehensive reporting structure for presentation toleadership and other senior stakeholders. Help facilitate themonthly Meetings including the recording of minutes and followup onactionpoints
5. Coordinate and collaborate acrossinternal functional groups and external consultants in carrying outtheir project responsibilities facilitating necessary calls /meetings
6. Monitor record and update leadershipon all relevant market activity including public policy competitordevelopments etc.
7. Support the business heads onnew initiatives identify new business segments forgrowth
8. Oversight internal and externalmarketing including Social Media content creation for thebusiness.
9. Experience with Marketresearch and analysis in the real estatesector
