    **Overview:** As a Senior Marketing Manager – Retention, you will be responsible for leading our user lifecycle and engagement strategy. This role involves maximizing user retention, driving deeper product adoption, and reducing churn across our consumer and advisor base.

    Responsibilities:
    • Own the end-to-end retention strategy for all user segments – advisors and end-consumers – driving engagement, repeat transactions, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
    • Conduct in-depth cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and LTV segmentation to understand user behavior, identify drop-offs, and design targeted interventions.
    • Leverage email, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app, push, and notification channels to execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and increase customer stickiness.
    • Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to build personalized, event-triggered journeys across multiple touchpoints.

    Qualifications:
    • 4-8 years of marketing experience focused on retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing in a high-growth B2C environment.
    • Deep experience in cohort and funnel analysis, customer segmentation, and working with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, or similar.
    • Strong command of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to build and scale personalized communication journeys.
    • Expertise in Excel and familiarity with SQL is highly desirable.
