Experience and Qualifications:

Bachelor/ Diploma degree in architecture or interior design

4-6 Years of work experience in an Architecture/ ID or Design practice

Strong understanding of architectural design, detail and techniques

Knowledge of various kinds of structural materials and construction procedures

Should be able to execute quick and accurate 2D & 3D design and construction

documents

Ability to accomplish projects alongside the Lead Architect under tight constraints

Ability to work freely with minimum supervision with adherence to systems and

procedures

Able to communicate design ideas verbally and visually

Curious and willing, ability to take guidance and work as a team

Problem-solving, judgement, time-management and organisational skills are

essential

Technical Skills:

Fluent user of AutoCAD, Rhino, Vray, Lumion rendering

Fluent user of Microsoft office (Excel particularly)

Fluent user of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
