    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Build and nurture strong, longterm relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
    • Manage client accounts to ensure ontime delivery of services and project goals are met.
    • Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Develop and deliver client presentations and reports.
    • Track and analyze client usage of products/services to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
    • Travel may be required (optional, depending on your Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or account management.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
