- Build and nurture strong, longterm relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying client needs and recommending solutions.
- Manage client accounts to ensure ontime delivery of services and project goals are met.
- Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Develop and deliver client presentations and reports.
- Track and analyze client usage of products/services to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Travel may be required (optional, depending on your Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services or account management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
