    JobPurpose: Daily Review oforders delivery.
    Submission of Daily Reports (Monthly Order Sheet) to the assignedAuthority.
    Responsible for customer interaction andsatisfaction.
    Assist customers with respect to RFQs order processing feedbackcomplaints and otherexigencies. Ensure100% customer satisfaction with every delivery and interaction.
    Achieve a Feedback Score of at least70%. Ensure allprocesses are followed as per Company policies andSOPs. SupportMarketing Sales & Business Development Team and OrderFulfilment Process in identifying new business opportunities andassisting them to convert newcustomers. Ensureall supplyrelated activities are in compliance with local &port regulations.
    Take charge of daytoday operations of the branch. It includespeople infrastructure regulatory issues partners vendors andservice providers.
    Participate in the weekly GMV meetings held to evaluate theprogress made and identify necessary changes to beincorporated.
    Strict Implementation of the shared MOMderived from the GMVmeeting. Conduct Monthlyassessment of case studies and record the outcomes for futurereference during the joint calls. Append the Casestudies in a file and share it with the OperationsTeam.

    Ensure that thebranch team reviews its progress on a weekly basis to make anynecessary alterations to meet the objectives and complete the taskswithin a stipulated timeframe.

    Pay a monthly visit to (a minimum of) 1ship.
    Listen to team members feedback andresolveissues/conflicts.
    Keep a tab on the teams performance andpresent the relevant metrics in regularreports.
    Assign tasks and set SMART (SpecificMeasurable Achievable Relevant and Timebound) targets to ensureconsistent progress.
    Maintain and develop relationships withexisting customers via telephone calls andemails.
    Act as an available and active contactbetween the company and its existing and potentialclients.

    Proactive Identification of manpowerrequisites and escalating the same to the HR with proper role andjob description via the Head of CustomerServices.

    CustomerSatisfaction through OTIFAQsupplies.

    Beaccountable for the contract staff of the branch and maintainsafety standards across the branch to ensure the health and safetyof all employees while they actively remain motivated and committedto the workplace.

    Assist in the hiring process by conductingrequired interviews and submitting detailedfeedback.

    Educationaland Experienceprerequisite:Shouldbe a graduate in anydiscipline.
    Shouldhave a sound knowledge of MS Excel. Experience in Advanced Excel issurely an addedadvantage.

    Shouldhave a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a totalexperience of 7 years in the same type ofindustry.

    Shouldessentially have warehouse experience wherein he/she must havedealt with FMCG productstoo.
    Shouldessentially have procurement experiencetoo.
    Should havehandled a team of not less than 10 members for a minimum of 2years.
    Should have aproven and mandatory experience in logistics. Experience in themaritime domain will serve an addedprivilege.

    Thepreferred companies with background experience may entail ShippingCompanies Ship Chandlers and other logistics companies whereextended work hours are a part of regularworking.

    Shouldpossess excellent written and verbalskills.
