    Description
    1. Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize key accounts and potential customers.
    • Research and understand target industries, companies, and decision-makers to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
    • Engage with prospects to uncover their business needs and pain points, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
    • Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B sales environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
    • Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to adapt to evolving strategies.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
