Job Responsibility:

We seek an experienced and knowledgeable Trainer for Application Developer in web and mobile development to facilitate training programs for aspiring developers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web and mobile application development, instructional design, and the ability to deliver effective training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials, curriculum, and resources for web and mobile application development, covering relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coding exercises to teach participants how to develop web and mobile applications.
• Adapt training methods to suit the learning needs and styles of participants, whether they are beginners or experienced developers.
• Evaluate the progress and performance of trainees through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams.
• Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their skills.
• Offer one-on-one or group mentoring to address specific learning needs and challenges.
• Be available for questions and support outside of scheduled training sessions.
• Continuously update and improve training materials and methods to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Work closely with the training team and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback for reporting and analysis.
