Responsibilities:

Handling the projects from Initiation stage to closure stage

Completing the projects within the defined scope, budget, and timelines

End to End coordination of all activities starting from product development to product commercialization

Critical path identifications and coordinating with CFT's for mitigation plan so that critical paths are not impacted

Identify the critical paths of the projects and take required action for closure of the Critical paths

Publishing the status dashboard of the projects for internal & external stakeholders

Qualification and Experience: Graduate/Post Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in Project Management in Pharmaceutical Industry preferably in Injectables.

Candidates should have

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities,

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to set priorities and tackle multiple tasks simultaneously

Knowledge of project management best practices
