    Job Overview

    We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team at KRION CONSULTING PVT LTD (FORMERLY KKM SOFT PVT LTD ). As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales to grow their career in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
    • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Knowledge of construction management, project management, and software sales is a plus
    • Experience in selling AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or BIM (Building Information Modeling) software is a plus
    • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prospect potential clients and identify key decision-makers
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication
    • Perform market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities
    • Present and demonstrate our software solutions to clients, addressing their needs and requirements
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve overall business objectives
    • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecast to management
    • Stay updated with the latest products, services, and industry developments
    • Maintain a strong understanding of our software products and benefits to effectively promote and sell to clients
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads
