    Job descriptionKey Responsibilities but not limited to:

    Talent Sourcing:
    Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
    Conduct proactive talent searches to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.


    Candidate Screening:
    Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements and company culture fit.
    Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and motivations.
    Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the screening process.


    Interview Coordination:
    Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    Prepare interview materials, including interview guides and assessments, to ensure a consistent and effective interview process.
    Collect feedback from interviewers and facilitate post-interview discussions.


    Offer Management:
    Extend offers of employment to selected candidates in accordance with company policies and practices.
    Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms as needed, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
    Coordinate background checks and other pre-employment requirements.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting will be added advantage.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
