- Should posses good communication skills.
- Source candidates from job portals (like Naukri, Shine, Monster,Linkedin etc.)
- Draft and post job descriptions in job portals & Linkedin.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job- post applications, and perform phone screenings.
- Learn & develop a probing mindset to perform detailed phone interviews with candidates
- Follow-up on candidate interviews, ensure turn-ups, provide feedbacks and maintain probable candidate list for reuse
- Follow-up with offered candidates on status and handhold till joining date with the client
- Develop Linkedin network of suitable candidates and increase Linkedin connections for profile search
- Become sound in sourcing techniques, take continuous feedbacks and improve knowledge, skills and abilities by continuous learning
- Execute recruitment plans and achieve monthly goals
- Should be an excellent team player
- Learn & Develop mentoring capabilities and aspire to become a Leader in short TAT.
