    Role Description:

    Rock My Sales seeks a talented and innovative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Noida. This role demands creativity and analytical skills, with proficiency in managing various social media platforms.

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop comprehensive content strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) tailored to client objectives.
    • Curate and oversee content calendars, ensuring consistent content flow.
    • Maintain active engagement with clients, effectively discussing, presenting, and refining creative ideas based on their briefs.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments for cohesive campaign execution.
    • Innovate and implement market campaigns that stand out and resonate with target audiences.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media to enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Track and measure the success of social media campaigns through key performance indicators.
    • Proven ability to function effectively in a cross-departmental capacity, ensuring alignment and integration of social media strategies with broader marketing goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of experience in social media marketing with a proven ability to create and execute successful campaigns.
    • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing a team of social media specialists and providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and adjust social media strategies accordingly.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and collaborate cross-functionally with other departments.
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media campaigns simultaneously.
    • Strong understanding of video marketing nuances and trends.
    • Proven track record of creating innovative marketing campaigns and client retention.
