Hi All,

We are looking for immediate Joiners only.

Initially, 6-8 months of work location will be from India after that it will be from Malaysia location.

• Design, implement, and maintain middleware solutions that meet the needs of the business.At least 10 years' experience on middleware administration, including installation, configuration, backup/recovery, middleware tuning and support of application design and development.
• Serve as a technical expert in middleware technologies, providing guidance and support to development teams.Demonstrated knowledge and experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery techniques.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement middleware solutions that meet project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues in a timely manner.
• Work with system administrators to ensure that middleware systems are properly configured and maintained.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of middleware systems and processes.

Who we are looking for:

• General Bachelor's degree in related Information Technology disciplines
• At least 10 years' experience on middleware administration, including installation, configuration, backup/recovery, middleware tuning and support of application design and development.
• Experience with Middleware products like and BPM, IBM FileNet and Content Manager, IIB, WebSphere, and IBM ODM. Knowledge of IBM MQ
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with High Availability and Disaster Recovery techniques.
• Experience working as Middleware with development team for optimisation middleware related codes.
• Experience with geo-redundant middleware architectures (always-on, active/active, master/master, ADG, Storage replication) .
• Curious person with strong problem solving & analytical skills.
• Essential to have a can-do attitude to work under multi-tasking environment.
• Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and a good team player.
• Results-oriented person with a focus on delivery
• Experience in performing root cause analysis of production problems and provide quick service recovery to Middleware Teams.
• Good communication (written and verbal) and inter-personal skills to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
