    Role: Team Lead-Inside Sales

    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team at VerveNest Technologies Pvt Ltd. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of junior professionals in achieving departmental goals. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience, with excellent communication skills and expertise in Business Loan Sales, Telecaller, Kannada, Inside sales, and Voice process.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, must handles a team of five members
    • Strong knowledge of Business Loan Sales, Telecaller, Kannada, Inside sales, and Voice process
    • Proven track record of meeting targets and achieving results
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Proficient in using relevant software and tools
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of junior professionals in achieving departmental goals
    • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless workflow and efficient operations
    • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity
