    Job Title: Creative Lead

    We are seeking a visionary and creative leader to spearhead our brand communication efforts. As a Creative Lead, you will mentor and inspire a team of passionate designers and copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the brand's vision, ensuring consistency across all platforms
    • Establish a distinctive and cohesive brand language through innovative communication
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of all corporate and marketing communications
    • Drive the ideation, execution, and analysis of integrated marketing campaigns
    • Guide the creation of engaging content, including visuals, videos, social media, and other marketing materials

    Requirements:

    • 8-10 years of experience in creative brand communication, marketing, or related fields
    • Bachelor's or master's degree in mass communication, Visual Communication, Journalism, Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
    • Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling, and multichannel marketing
    • Exceptional ability to craft compelling narratives, visual communication, and innovative brand strategies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
    • Strong analytical skills and awareness of current marketing and creative trends

    Working Conditions:

    • 6 days a week, with Sunday as a weekly off
    • On-site work location in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad
