    Job description

    • you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance
    • You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the organization's financial health and growth

    Key Responsibilities

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management and stakeholders
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, manage, and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts to support the organization's financial goals and objectives
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and tax requirements, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulators
    • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and evaluate financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making
    • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, making recommendations for optimizing working capital and liquidity
    • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's financial strategy and financial goals
    • Investment Management: Manage investment strategies, analyze investment opportunities, and assess the performance of investment portfolios
    • Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks and exposure, and make recommendations for mitigating risks
    • Tax Management: Develop and implement tax strategies, manage tax planning, and oversee tax compliance and reporting
    • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise finance and accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and support
    • Financial Policies: Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard financial assets and maintain accuracy
    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information and insights to various stakeholders, including senior management, board of directors, and investors

    Qualifications

    • Chartered Accountant (CA & CS) qualification is mandatory
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
