    JD:

    We are hiring BDM for domestic recruitment.

    Should have good experience in hiring contract staffing business.

    Should have hand on experience in Domestic Staff Augmentation

    Coordinating with Recruitment Team to full fill client requirements with monster, Naukri job portals.

    Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams.

    Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives & meeting with managers to discuss needs.

    Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.

    Market research using various social platforms, competitor mapping, attending exhibitions and conferences to explore potential business relationship opportunities for end to end HR services.

    Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

    Build a team of sales managers to handle day to day activities of key accounts and achieve assigned sales goals

    Note: Its a remote opportunity, Looking strong experience in C2H, IT sectors.
