    We required candidates for Sales Executive for the CBD Belapur location.

    Qualification - MBA Freshers / Graduate

    Experience - Real estate exp 1-2 yrs

    Salary - MBA freshers - 25k Fixed / month, Exp - it depends on their previous salary, max salary bracket LPA.

    Roll & Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Team Management:
    • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the sales team to ensure individual and team targets are met.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies for improvement.
    1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and customer acquisition.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and real estate stakeholders.
    • Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
    1. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Assist in setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary.
    • Implement innovative sales techniques to maximize revenue and market share.
    1. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes accordingly.
