    The Job

    You will be responsible for :

    • Initiate contact with insurance companies requesting the status of claims for the outstanding balances on Providers' accounts and taking appropriate actions.
    • Manage Account Receivable accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
    • Ensure that the deliverable to the client adheres to the quality standards.
    • Good communication skills with a neutral accent.
    • Flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.

    The Profile

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Accounts Receivable / AR role, ideally within the Hospital / Health Care / Healthtech and Other Services industry.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
