Talent Acquisition Lead
Job Profile : Talent Acquisition Lead
Location : Gurgaon
Years of experience : 4-6 years.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Talent Acquisition Lead your roles and responsibilities will include (and will not be limited to):
Develop and execute innovative strategies for talent acquisition, focusing on both lateral hiring and campus recruitment
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media and employee referrals
Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support in executing recruitment activities and fostering their professional development
Build and maintain strong relationships with top tier universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to enhance our campus recruitment efforts
Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment events and campus interviews
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, serving as a brand ambassador for our company
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously refining our recruitment strategies and processes
Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, management information systems (MIS), and reporting mechanisms to track recruitment metrics and performance indicators
Utilize data insights from recruitment dashboards and MIS to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes
Our Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution, preferably a tier 1 or tier 2 college.
4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, campus recruitment, or related roles, preferably within the technology or consulting industry.
Proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting top talent, both through traditional and innovative recruitment methods. Or strong understanding of campus recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
Experience leading and mentoring a team of recruitment professionals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
