We are hiring a Tandoor Commi L to join our team at Acacia Hotel in Morjim, Goa, India. As a Tandoor Commi L, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various Tandoor dishes. • Monitor food and supply inventory and place orders as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
