- Performing telephonic interviews with candidates
- Prepare and maintain an active database of potential hires.
- Performing reference and background checks

- Coordinating interviews with the candidates and hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients
- Continue interaction with candidates till the time the candidate joins the organization.
