    What's this role about?

    In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of Office 365 cloud-based services.


    Here's how you'll contribute:

    In this role you will help us:

    • The Level 3 Microsoft 365 Support Engineer role is responsible for the administration of Office 365 cloud-based services.
    • Directly support Microsoft 365 services in an Azurehosted solution.
    • Resolve escalated support tickets and requests.
    • Provide Level III support for SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agent
    • Assist customers with minor service requests for SharePoint site and Power Platform flow/app development.
    • Assist with largescale tenant to tenant and On-Prem to Online migrations.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation.
    • Develop, support and train Level 2 engineers to help resolve Level 2 Office 365 issues.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Performs related duties as assigned.

    Skills required to contribute:

    We're looking for someone with:

    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or technology related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 611 Years of progressive experience.
    • Indepth knowledge of M365 related services and experience is a must. .
    • Expert understanding of SharePoint Online , on premises, administration/features.
    • SharePoint hybrid and migration
    • Experience with Power Platform Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate cloud/Desktop, PVA, Power Pages) administration.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
    • Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
    • Experience with Email archiving/retention solutions a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Certifications in this field are a plus.
    • Ability to "look forward" and prepare for future incident resolution.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and detail oriented.
    • Good interpersonal skills; effective team player.
    • Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.
    • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
    • Experience using with ServiceNow is a plus
