    Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent needs.
    Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.

    End-to-End Recruitment:
    Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

    Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
    Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events, to attract high-quality candidates.
    Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and selection criteria.
    Provide timely updates and insights on recruitment progress and challenges.

    Employer Branding:
    Drive employer branding initiatives to position Samtel Avionics as an employer of choice.
    Represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and other forums to promote opportunities.

    Process Improvement and Compliance:
    Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment.

    Metrics and Reporting:
    Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
    Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and performance.

    Qualifications and Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) in HR preferred.
    5–8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing, avionics, or technology-driven industries.
    Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
    A proactive, results-driven approach with attention to detail.
