Job Title: Microsoft Excel Expert / Advanced Excel Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Excel Expert to manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets, automate reporting processes, and develop efficient spreadsheet solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of advanced Excel functions, data modeling, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Analyze large datasets to generate business insights and reports.
- Create advanced formulas, functions
- Develop and maintain Excel automation
- Clean, organize, and validate data for accuracy and consistency.
- Generate MIS reports, performance reports, and business dashboards.
- Build pivot tables, charts, and dynamic reports.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data security and best practices in file management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level).
- Excellent knowledge of:
VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
Conditional Formatting
Advanced Formulas (INDEX, MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS)
Data Validation & Data Cleaning
- Experience with Excel Macros and VBA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data reporting and visualization.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database handling.
- Experience in MIS reporting or business analytics.
Experience Required
- 2–5 years of experience in advanced Excel or data analysis roles (customizable).
