    We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling demos. The candidate should also possess excellent English communication skills, as the role involves interacting with clients and stakeholders across the globe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify potential clients and prospects through various channels such as online research, social media, and referrals
    • Conduct cold calling and emailing to initiate contact with prospects and generate leads
    • Schedule and conduct product demos for interested clients
    • Understand client needs and requirements, and present our products and services in a compelling manner
    • Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet sales targets and revenue goals
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
    • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies with company goals

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
    • Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills
    • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
    • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
