- Bachelors degree in Nursing / GNM
- Registered Nurse license
- 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience in Endoscopy, ICU, MICU, PICU, NICU, and Scrub Nurse (Ortho)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Assess and document patient symptoms, progress, and any changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and preventative measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies
- Assist in emergency procedures and participate in code blue team as required
