    Experience : 19-22 Years of experience in the field of Retail & Project Sales, Business Development, Dealers & Distributors Management, Market Intelligence, Product Pricing etc.


    1) Job Purpose :

    • Responsible for planning, development and implementation of the Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications.
    • Define and implement Sales & Marketing strategy, policy guidelines for the company for Sales Team

    Responsibility Supporting Activities :

    Sales Forecasting & Planning:

    • Develop the annual sales plan and a marketing strategy with inputs and approval.
    • Design & plan robust lead generation activity for the respective zone or region
    • Build an efficient pipeline for existing as well as new potential direct customers (Large Corporate houses)
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
    • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
    • Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all its regions
    • Growth in sales from existing customers/markets & opening of new customers/markets.
    • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
    • Liaise with Government agencies, Pvt. & Public projects
    • Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
    • Develop weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.
    • Provide inputs to Top Management for annual product portfolio review.
    • Analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights
    • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure monthly budgets are met including collection of receivables
